Melon Yard Catering was founded by Nathan Siekierski and Paul McMahon. Both have years of experience in all aspects of catering, from the creation of successful brands and marketing materials, to the design and build of new facilities, project management, establishing successful operational systems, supplying high quality food and drink and ensuring exceptional customer service.
